Director's Message

I have worked professionally in music education for over 40 years as a teacher and a senior leader, advocating for high quality access to music.

I understand how engaging in a relevant musical activity can improve your mental health and well-being. Taking part in a positive and enjoyable music experience can give you the confidence and positivity to face the everyday challenges of life. It can change your perspective and outlook –  it is probably the richest human emotional, sensorimotor and cognitive experience of all the art forms.

Music + Change

Health and well-being amongst staff is known to be the key to successful work practices.

Music + Change works with organisations to provide  music-based activities for their workforce to help them create positive working environments

We provide a range of packages from choirs to percussion workshops and can also create tailored workshops to meet your needs.

If you have any questions please contact me on info@themusicpractice.org.uk and I will do my best to answer your query.
